Hey there friends! I've been wanting to get something started in the blogging world for quite some time now. Per usual, my ADHD and perfectionism got in the way, and I never put in the time to figure out which hosting service would be best, so I never started.
Where do you find yourself doing the same thing? Not knowing where to start... so never starting.
This past year has taught me something very important, sometimes... you just have to start. Blindly, unknowingly, just start! I used to think that if I didn't know how or didn't have the time to do something perfectly, it wasn't worth doing. This year I've learned that sometimes just getting started is ENOUGH.
So here I am! Showing up. Getting started. Not knowing what I'm doing or where this crazy adventure will take me.
I hope that I'm able to provide insight and guidance for you on your respective journey's by diving into stories from my own life with transparency and empathy. I don't expect everyone to resonate with everything, but I hope that each piece that I write will have an impact on at least one person and will help plant the seeds to get you all progressing on your own personal growth.
I think we all have unique purposes here in this lifetime, but I also think that universally it is important for all of us to always continue learning. I don't necessarily mean that in the way of school or university, but through reading, travel, interacting with people from different cultures and backgrounds, getting out in nature, etc. I do believe that this blog will bring you along on my personal learning journey as I always tend to learn better when I try and teach someone new what I've learned.
I'll be working on a content plan and cadence for this blog so that I can keep myself to a schedule and hold myself accountable on this new journey. Once I get started, there is no telling where this blog will go. I'm interested in so many different things and will try to find an organized and structured way to portray that via this blog, but at the beginning we might take some sharp turns in some unusual directions until I find the right route!
